NYALGRO SCHOOL 2009 "GOING THE DISTANCE:  INVESTING IN SOUND RECORDS PRACTICES" June 7-10 ~ Radisson City Centre, Utica Class Descriptions - 16 classes offered, including two NYS Archives Certification Workshops:  "Developing Policy for Managing Email" and "Using State Archives Retention Schedules." School Registration Form - Refer to "Class Descriptions" when filling out registration form.  Select the sessions that you want to attend, and send it along with a voucher or check to Pam Brown (see form). Hotel Registration Form - If you plan to stay overnight at the hotel, review the hotel information, select the package that you want and fax the reservation form to the hotel. *Reservations will be accepted until May 7, 2009.  After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space availability basis only. Cheryl Steinbach Memorial Scholarship Application -This annual scholarship was established in honor of Cheryl Steinbach, who was the Town Clerk and RMO for the Town of Chautauqua and past Treasurer and NYALGRO board member.  NYALGRO will award two (2) full scholarships which include the school registration fee and hotel accommodations. Exhibitor Application - The NYALGRO School is open to everyone interested in exhibiting their products and services; however, a limited number of exhibit spaces are available. We reserve spaces on a first-come, first served basis. * Application and payment must be received by May 7 to guarantee a space.
